This month's forum update is aimed mostly at some revisions to the forum rules, not much else. Also, I may be putting out another update to the site later this week, so stay tuned!

Forum update #4 February 13, 2013:
-Added two more smileys!
-Removed a useless smiley.
-Removed unnecessary wording from rule 8.
-Revised rule 5; one-word messages are not punishable unless they're spammed.
-Reworded rules 6 and 9.
